Teaching procedures:
Step 1 Lead-in
Greet students and sing a song Yesterday once more.
Ask students the topic of this song then lead in the new class naturally.
(Justification: the song’s topic relates to the past and it is a very classic English song, so students will be drowned in the music even try to study this song.)
Step 2 Pre-listening
Give some examples to introduce the rules of changing original verbs into past tense.
Let students make some sentences to describe an experience of their own.
(Justification: students will be familiar with the grammar point and they can have a basic awareness of the English grammar.)
Step 3 While-lisening
1. Extensive listening
Listen to the tape for the first time and answer the question:
What are they talking about?
(Justification: students’ ability of getting main idea through extensive listening will be improved.)
2. Intensive listening
Listen to the tape one more time and answer the questions:
1. What does Lingling’s grandma do?
2. What does Lingling’s grandpa do?
3. Is Lingling’s grandpa learning English now?
(Justification: these questions can help students grasp some detailed information of Lingling’s family, and also, their listening ability will be improved.)
Step 4 Post-listening
Four students in a group, share an unforgettable experience with their partners. Pay attention to use the simple past tense. After 5minutes, some students will be invited to share in front of the class.
(Justification: this activity can help students improve their speaking ability, and can provide them a chance to apply the knowledge into real situation.)
Step 5 Summary and homework
Summary: Invite one student to summarize what we have learned today, and the teacher will give some help to complete.
Homework:
Ask students to share the experience with their parents in English after class.

外研社(三年級(jí)起始)五下第二模塊第一單元,課文講的是玲玲給她的朋友塞姆、艾米觀看爺爺奶奶過(guò)去和現(xiàn)在的照片,并講述自己爺爺奶奶過(guò)去與現(xiàn)在的變化,讓學(xué)生也學(xué)會(huì)用英語(yǔ)來(lái)介紹自己最喜歡、最熟悉的人(家人)過(guò)去和現(xiàn)在的變化。
二、教學(xué)目標(biāo)

1)Learn some new words

2)Learn some important sentences
(1)---Did your grandma learn English?
---Yes, she did./No, she didn’t.

能聽(tīng)懂Did your grandma learn English? Yes, she did. 這類語(yǔ)句詢問(wèn)過(guò)去所發(fā)生的事情,能用She learnt English.He is learning English now.這樣的英語(yǔ)句子來(lái)介紹他人過(guò)去和現(xiàn)在的狀態(tài)。
三、教學(xué)過(guò)程
Step1.Warming up
T: Today,We’ll learn Module2Unit1 She learnt English
First, look at the screen,出示家庭成員的家庭數(shù),讓所有的孩子復(fù)習(xí)一下家庭成員的.英文說(shuō)法,讓孩子知道家庭數(shù)中,家庭成員的排位,便呈現(xiàn)便讓孩子復(fù)習(xí)他們的英文說(shuō)法,為學(xué)習(xí)課文和學(xué)后介紹自己家人做鋪墊,并要求所有孩子把這些單詞抄寫(xiě)在課本的一角。并叫孩子們拍手齊說(shuō)加強(qiáng)趣味記憶。
(開(kāi)始上課,給學(xué)生一個(gè)輕松的環(huán)境,讓孩子先來(lái)認(rèn)識(shí)一下在家庭樹(shù)上猜猜他們都是誰(shuí)?隨后家庭成員的英文。)
Step2.Presentation
熱身活動(dòng)過(guò)后,播放第一遍錄音,進(jìn)行課文的整體呈現(xiàn),帶著我的第一個(gè)問(wèn)題:看看哪位小朋友在給大家講述她家人的故事?
學(xué)生聽(tīng)出答案后,再次聽(tīng)觀看時(shí),我的第二個(gè)問(wèn)題:玲玲在講述家中哪些成員呢?
第三次播放課文flash,跟讀前,我把課文中的新單詞集中學(xué)習(xí):learnt ?dancer ?taught ? wrote ? foreign ?language當(dāng)文中沒(méi)有疑難詞,理解后回答以下問(wèn)題,并畫(huà)出來(lái)答案的句子。
What was lingling’s grandparents? (玲玲的爺爺奶奶過(guò)去是做什么的?)
What did lingling’s grandma learn?(玲玲的奶奶過(guò)去學(xué)了什么的?)
What does lingling’s grandpa do now?(現(xiàn)在他的爺爺在做什么?)
為了引起所有孩子重視學(xué)習(xí),學(xué)生帶著問(wèn)題聽(tīng)錄音并尋找答案,播放每個(gè)句子后停頓,要求學(xué)生進(jìn)行指讀和跟讀,讓個(gè)別學(xué)生回答問(wèn)題,說(shuō)清答案的頁(yè)碼,行數(shù),再認(rèn)讀。
Step3. practice
學(xué)生回答問(wèn)題后,又找學(xué)生從我書(shū)寫(xiě)的主題句中,選擇出答案,目的讓部分孩子因?yàn)槁?tīng)不懂,找不到句子,而看到,再學(xué)習(xí)認(rèn)讀。
老師示范:學(xué)生A、B、C,老師讀手中句子,叫他們?nèi)齻€(gè)選擇哪個(gè)是老師讀的句子,并從手中拿出,拿到正確的句子,給大家展示。
小組成員自讀,叫學(xué)生看自己書(shū)上畫(huà)出的句子,三分鐘后,每小組的四人上臺(tái),學(xué)生A讀句子,學(xué)生B、C、D,選出聽(tīng)到的句子,并說(shuō)出漢語(yǔ)意思。
Step4.Summury
Look at the blackboard, Today we learnt some new words and sentences.Do you remember?What did you learn?
Step5. 作業(yè)
三人一組,利用今天學(xué)習(xí)的句子,向同學(xué)介紹自己的家人或好朋友。不會(huì)介紹的,聽(tīng)同學(xué)介紹,聽(tīng)懂后給大家簡(jiǎn)單翻譯。
